Little Joys

Some of the small things that make me happy:

Feeding my new chinchilla raisins. He takes them with his mouth, then he holds it with his little hands and bites it.
Eyedrops. I have unfortunately dry eyes, so drops are a source of relief.
Handwritten cards and letters. I love getting them, and I love sending them.
Crafting.
Blogging.
Talking to my mom on the phone.
Allowing the pile at the side of my bed to accumulate, then taking my time while i put the clothes back.
rearranging furniture.
Going on walks with Conrad, which is something i wish i did more.
Listening to news radio while i drive.
Having dinner ready precisely timed for when Conrad walks in the door.
Having a job and going to school.
