On Sunday my sister and her boyfriend came to visit, and we went for a walk on the beach after a delicious meal of barbeque'd ribs, grilled veggies, salad, and macaroni and cheese. Despite it being really windy and cold and getting sand in our eyes, it was beautiful and sunny. The tide was really high and strong, and the waves crashed really high on the jetty. Days like that make me remember everything I'm grateful for. Especially the guy in that last picture.
i wish i could just go for a sunday walk on the beach... nope ive got the desert....
